The process commences with an extensive decontamination wash of the wheels and paint, followed by chemically removing any tar and iron present on your vehicle. Any further remaining embedded contaminants are mechanically removed using a synthetic clay bar to ensure the surface of your vehicle is left both smooth, and free of contaminants.
A comprehensive multi-stage paint correction will endeavour to remove oxidation, swirls, scratches and water spots from the surface of your vehicle’s paint. This will leave a smooth, glossy and mirror like finish. The exterior glass is then polished to clean up the surface and to remove water spots.
The Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating service is a multi-day process, a combined 50+ hours of labour will be spent perfecting every square inch of your vehicle over a 4-day period.
To “lock in” the finish of the paint we apply a 5-year ceramic coating or an optional 9-year ceramic coating which forms an ultra-durable glossy layer.
Its high density provides excellent resistant to scratches, and makes bonded contaminants such as tree sap, tar and some water spots easy to remove in the future.
We follow up this step by adding a second, durable hydrophobic coating which adds further gloss and protection from micro-marring. This coating is also applied to the exterior trim to create a deep rich finish. The extreme hydrophobic properties of this layer and the added slickness to the painted surface makes caring for your vehicle an absolute breeze.
