7-Day Return Policy
For physical product sales, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returned within 7-days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: Opened or used detailing chemicals, polishes, waxes, coatings, sealants, and similar products cannot be returned due to safety and quality control standards.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@omnigarage.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking information. Omni Garage is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@omnigarage.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new product.
