Terms of Service – Omni Garage
By booking a service or purchasing from Omni Garage, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services & Appointments
Omni Garage provides professional car detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and grooming services. All appointments must be booked in advance. If dropping off your vehicle, please arrive on time, as delays may affect your service.
2. Payment
Payment is due upon vehicle pick-up unless otherwise arranged in advance. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
Late payments may incur a $75 fee.
3. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure a booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are transferable to another Omni Garage service, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if the appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits will be applied to the final invoice for the completed service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed work. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will assess any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
While we take every care with your vehicle, Omni Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues prior to service.
We are fully insured to care for and drive your vehicle during any pick-up and drop-off services provided by Omni Garage.
7. Changes to Terms
Omni Garage reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
