Motorhome/Campervan Ceramic Coating

The process begins with a thorough decontamination wash of the entire exterior of your motorhome, RV, campervan or caravan, including the wheels, trims and paintwork. We then chemically dissolve and remove tar and iron deposits — common on touring vehicles due to long-distance travel and extended time on the road — ensuring the surface is free from bonded contaminants. Any remaining embedded particles are carefully removed using a synthetic clay bar, leaving the exterior smooth, clean and fully prepped for coating.

Once the surface is perfectly prepared, we apply the ceramic coating. This coating forms a high-density, ultra-glossy protective layer that enriches the depth and shine of large body panels while offering exceptional resistance to UV fading, light scratches and washing marks.

The UV protection is especially beneficial for motorhomes and caravans that spend most of their time parked outdoors, exposed to New Zealand’s intense sun, harsh coastal environments and salty air in places like Tauranga and Mount Maunganui. By shielding the paint and gelcoat from oxidation, fading and chalking, it significantly extends the life and appearance of your vehicle’s exterior.

As an added benefit, the ceramic coating helps repel stubborn contaminants such as tree sap, tar, road grime and water spotting — making future cleaning of your RV, motorhome, caravan or campervan noticeably easier.

EXOv5 Hydrophobic Coating

A second, durable hydrophobic coating which adds further gloss and protection from micro-marring. This coating is also applied to the exterior trim to create a deep rich finish. The extreme hydrophobic properties of this layer and the added slickness to the painted surface makes caring for your vehicle an absolute breeze.
